Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket, who works with multiple couriers including Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, and India Post. Use the pincode checker on our checkout page to confirm serviceability for your address.

2. Delivery times

  • Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days
  • Remote pincodes: up to 10 business days

Delivery times start from the day the order is shipped (not the day it is placed). Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

3. Shipping fees

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,500
  • Standard shipping: ₹99 per order below the free-shipping threshold

4. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your AWB (tracking) number and a tracking link. You can also track your order from "My Orders" on our website at any time.

5. Order packing

We pack each order with care in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging. Tissue-wrapped, sealed, and ribbon-tied — because the unboxing should be as lovely as what's inside.

6. Delivery attempts

Couriers typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If they're unable to deliver after these attempts (or if you refuse the parcel), the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please refer to our Refund Policy for what happens to your money in such cases.

7. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you spot a typo, email us immediately — we can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

8. Delays

Occasionally, weather, festivals, transport strikes, or unforeseen circumstances can delay shipments. We do our best to keep you informed and apologize for any inconvenience.

9. International orders

We currently ship within India only. Stay tuned — we may expand internationally soon.
