Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your little one to love every Lullé piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The 7-day period starts from the date the order is marked as delivered.

2. Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not part of a non-returnable category (see below)

3. Non-returnable items

  • Innerwear, undergarments, and items in direct contact with the skin (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized or customized products

4. How to initiate a return

  1. Email us at returns@lulle.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order ID and reason
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner (where serviceable)
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Hand it to the courier on the scheduled pickup day

5. Refund timeline

  • Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse (typically 4–6 business days from pickup), we will process your refund
  • Prepaid orders: refund credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

6. Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at returns@lulle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including any shipping fees you paid).

7. Return shipping fees

  • For damaged/defective/wrong items: free reverse pickup, fully refunded
  • For change of mind / size mismatch: a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 may be deducted from the refund
  • If reverse pickup isn't available in your pincode, we'll provide instructions to ship the item to us, and reimburse reasonable courier charges on receipt of proof

8. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Once your return is approved, you can place a fresh order for the desired item or size at any time.

9. RTO (Return to Origin)

If a courier is unable to deliver an order (after multiple attempts) and the parcel is returned to us, we'll process a refund as per the original payment method, after deducting a courier RTO fee of ₹150 (waived for prepaid orders).

10. Order cancellation

  • You may cancel an order any time before it has been shipped, from your "My Orders" page
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled — please use the return process after delivery
  • Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded automatically within 5–7 business days
